Get a complete, dated quote

Ask Noble Gold and the independent IRA custodian for a current written schedule. Separate the dealer’s metal price and spread from the custodian’s setup, administration, transaction and storage charges. Do not assume an advertised promotion offsets long-term costs.

Compare the full holding period

A one-time purchase premium and recurring account costs affect outcomes differently. Ask what happens if you sell after one year, five years or ten years, and what the dealer would pay to repurchase the exact products quoted.

Questions before you commit

Request the custodian name, depository arrangement, insured-storage terms, delivery or liquidation costs, and all minimums. Fees vary by account and transaction; this publication does not publish an unverified fixed Noble Gold price.

Why we do not publish a guessed fee schedule

Noble Gold's landing page does not provide a complete, universally applicable schedule for every account, metal and transaction. Charges may depend on the custodian, depository, account balance and selected product. We have not verified a current personalized quote.

A claim about 'Noble Gold fees' should separate dealer pricing from custodian and storage charges. Ask each responsible entity for its written terms.

Get a comparable all-in quote

Request a dated invoice for an exact product and quantity, the spot reference used, every premium, annual account and storage charges, any promotional conditions and a same-day repurchase bid. Ask whether the quoted metal is bullion or collectible.

Repeat the request with another dealer on the same day. Comparing only setup fees can hide a large difference in purchase premiums or resale spreads.

Check what happens later

Ask about annual fee changes, account closure, transfer-out charges, liquidation timing and any restrictions on buyback. Request the agreements rather than relying on a salesperson's summary.

We do not claim Noble Gold is cheaper or more expensive than competitors without verified like-for-like evidence. The purpose of this guide is to make the comparison possible.

Questions to take into your research

  • Can I get the exact terms and all fees in writing?
  • What could cause a loss or an unexpected tax bill?
  • How would I exit this position if I needed cash?

Illustration: why the spread matters

Suppose a hypothetical dealer sells metal for $12,000 and offers $10,800 to buy the same metal back immediately. The $1,200 difference is a 10% gap relative to the purchase price, before storage or other charges. These numbers are an example only, not Noble Gold pricing.

A comparison should also show the precise product and timestamp. A repurchase quote can change, and no buyback promise guarantees a future price.

Common question

Are dealer premiums the same as IRA fees?

No. A premium is part of the price you pay for the metal; custodian and depository fees relate to account administration and storage. Both affect your economic result.
